JTK Consulting LLC. Engaging your team for intentional growth and potential.
About Jackie Kohlhepp, SHRM-CP, LISW-AP, MSW
With a background in non-profit leadership and talent acquisition, Jackie Trail Kohlhepp lays out the path to a committed, synchronized workforce that drives results. As a mission-driven HR professional and licensed social worker with a systems focus, Jackie has helped organizations for more than a decade find and keep top talent and ignite their inner spark to carry out the corporate vision.
A Millennial herself, Jackie works regularly with people from every workplace generation, from Gen Zs to The Silent Gen. Offering expertise in human behavior at all phases of the employee life cycle from hire to retire, Jackie is passionate about building stronger and healthier workplaces, with workshops that focus on generational diversity. She established JTK to experience the fulfillment of helping leaders and team members communicate and collaborate using a multi-generational lens.
While exercising her love of serving others as a social worker, Jackie discovered an interest in larger systemic issues creating barriers to success. Her work solving talent attraction and retention problems for a school spurred the creation of JTK Consulting to help more organizations find and keep mission-aligned team members.
A North Carolina native and graduate of Chapel Hill and UNC-Charlotte, Jackie is a Board member of the National Association of Social Workers South Carolina Chapter. She is also a certified SHRM-CP and Board member of the Palmetto Society of Human Resource Management. She is a member of Charleston Leaders, and enjoys volunteering for the organization.
Jackie and a partner have developed the REZREV app, an innovative and interactive two-way communication and SaaS platform that replaces resumes with video, connecting job seekers and employers faster. Now in its second year, REZREV is making the pitch circuit and earning accolades and funding.
When not offering her expertise to businesses, Jackie’s favorite thing to do during downtime is enjoy her charming, adopted hometown of Charleston SC with her husband Ryan and their son, Jack. Once an Au Pair in Germany, Jackie is renowned for her award-winning tenure handing out soap samples at a Walmart as a teenager.

I highly recommend JTK. They conducted an impressively thorough review of our current processes and provided excellent actionable suggestions. Particularly helpful was their use of data analytics to assist our team in understanding our current state of talent (beyond recruiting), and insights regarding best practices in full lifecycle recruiting. We are better for having hired them.
— Hannah Wittmer, DART

She brings the right skill set (including analytics and technology) and the right mindset to full-cycle recruitment. A lifelong learner she continues to hone her skill set while acquiring new skills."

She comes to her presentations and workshops equipped with timely, relevant information and a wealth of knowledge and experience. Her sessions are highly interactive. Best of all, Jackie truly understands people – what motivates us, and how we can work through our perceived barriers at the workplace. This makes her a wonderful facilitator and effective instructor, and we look forward to being a repeat customer and collaborator. Our clients have appreciated her thorough responses to their specific issues and questions, and look forward to working with her again.”

What a STAR!! Jackie and her team have responded to us twice for help with various tasks at CoLife! She has enormous talent in "seeing" the whole picture, identifying "snags" and making /implementing suggestions and solutions. She created sustainable, replicable staffing processes and FAST!
She wrote an exceptionally strong job description, enabling us to quickly rule folks in or out as possible team members. Being able to return to help us with more complex issues shows her ability to pivot and bring her knowledge and strategic ideas to our team is priceless. Amazing talent!
